  • Answering all your business calls in a reliable professional manner.
  • Forward the messages to you, via text or e-mail, whichever you prefer.
  • All messages will be delivered in real time, but no later than 7am the following day.
  • Schedule appointments for you with your customers, with your provided scheduling platform.
  • Perform well-check calls and send you notification report.
  • Perform wake-up calls.
  • Sent out reminders for important scheduled events or appointments.
  • Urgent messages will be sent via text, email and if deemed necessary, you will receive a call.
  • After-hours dispatching is available for emergencies.



  • Operator hours are from 6am Monday through 8pm Friday. 
  • Weekend/Holiday are by prior arrangement and are not included in the Plans listed on It's Your Call website and are an additional fee.
  • Weekend/Holiday service are an additional fee with a seperate contract and are on a client to client basis.



  • Yes, we offer emergency services for our customers.
  • After-hours dispatching, is available, in emergencies.
  • Calls that have been pre-approved or any emergency call will be directly transferred to you.


  • All incoming and outgoing calls and recordings are encrypted.
  • All correspondence is between your company and my business.
  • None of your private information is shared with third parties. Please see terms and conditions.
  • You will recieve no marketing from outside enterprises associated with my business or it's affiliates.


  • All fees are due on the day of signing and every 30 days thereafter.
  • Service begin upon completion of contract and pre-determined date.
  • Any account in arrears past 3 days will not be tended, until payment is made.
  • Each party must give 30 days notice, in electronic writing, to end the contract.
  • All services will be performed and fees must be made throughout that time.
